Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items however If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We do not do refunds unless it’s a cancellation 24 hours from time of purchase but will give you a credit voucher on your next item outside this time frame.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it is delivered .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and if not in the original must be returned in a resalable condition
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved by a member of our team we will initiate you a credit as we do NOT do money refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your returns. If we we accept your return and we issue you a credit .Please note we will not refund postage (mainly for people outside the uk).
Please note all sale items will not be refundable .
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from members of our customer service representatives will not be refunded.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund in a form of a credit note or voucher and you will receive a confirmation email.
Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-viceall products .
Any iterms purchased on SALE can not be return and if it is done so will not be refunded.
We some times get the sizes wrong or may have changed our mind and at One Race Clothing we welcome exchanges, if they turn to be a size too smaller or too bigger or if we run out of stock ,we will offer you a refund in a form of a credit note or a voucher.
Order Cancellation
We offer you a full refund if your order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

We won’t accept the order cancellation requests if the orders have already shipped.
Please note the store credit gift cards do not expire and can be used with a discount code.
